Pink Angels Office Services takes it’s responsibilities as a Data Processor very seriously. We are registered with the Information Commissioner in the UK in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations. We ensure that the appropriate policy, training, technical and procedural measures are in place to protect our manual and electronic information systems from data loss and misuse, and only permit access to them where there is a legitimate reason to do so.

9. Who Do You Disclose Personal Data To?

We store your personal data on a number of databases provided by third parties (i.e cloud based storage solutions, telephone management system and on accounting software etc) and provide some personal data to our registered accountant for accounting purposes. We only supply personal data where necessary and only for the purposes of supplying you with our services and for us to run our company. Where we store or disclose personal data to any of our third parties, it will be in full compliance with all aspects of the Act. We would never provide your data to a third party (apart from outlined above), without your express permission.
